Personal counselling and correct guidance for every pilot or steward and stewardess is important to us. The right advice, at the right time, that's what we go for!

For class 1 inspections, blood is taken as standard to check your fat profile (lipids) during the first examination after you turn 40. Furthermore, this is only on indication and usually not necessary. If blood needs to be taken, it is best to arrive on an empty stomach (it is best to drink only water 10 hours in advance, at least 8 hours).
Since we want to guide you in the best possible way, you should expect it to take 1 hour 30 minutes. Usually it doesn't take that long. It depends on the necessary examinations.
